For Hostellers: I certified that I have express my desire to opt for hostel facility provided by the college of my own choce          and I shall not claim any damage/compansation in the event of accident or any other fatal/non fatal incidence taking place.          Hostel facility is not in transferrable.Once opted,could not be withdrawn for current session.I hereby undertake that I shall          maintain take care of all the belongings of the room supplied to me. If any demage occurs, it may be recovered from me.          I will follow all the rules of discipline, hostel, library etc. I will not stay in hostel during college working hours and will not          allow any outsider to enter into my room.      2. For Transport Users: I certify that I have express my desire to travel by the bus(avail transport facility) provided by the          college of my own choice and I shall not claim any damage/compensation in the event of accident or any other fatal/non          fatal incidence taking place. I undertake that I will avail this tranport facility for full current session(one year). If, due to          any reason, I could not avail transport facility, I will not claim for compensation or refund of paid transport fee. Once          availed, it can neither be transfferd nor be withdrawn. I undertake that I will not make any kind of indicipline in the bus          and will not damage any of its property. i will reach to halt at least five minutes earlier to the scheduled time. I will not          claim for any repayment if I couls not catch the bus due to any reason.
